Maintenance
The maintenance includes 3 changes per year to either your graphics or home and contact page (which are not updateable) and email technical support. Without maintenance any changes or email support will be charged at our standard hourly rate** with a minimum of 1 hour.

The websites are updateable allowing you to control the information for The Results and Fixtures, Team Information, News Events and League Tables from any computer, anywhere. Each website is individual designed using your Clubs logo and colours. This means you have your own individually hosted website. The information that is gathered from your site will be used to form League tables, Golden Boot Awards, Cup Winnners with possible prizes / sponsorship deals when we have more clubs interested. Below shows how the Admin pages work.

Administration Page
You enter your password and username in the CLUB LOG-IN section located to the left hand side of this website. Once accepted you will be inside your own Administration Page. Click on the image to the right to see a larger image of this section. Here you can either choose SEASONS, NEWS & RESULTS or LOG OUT.
Administration Page - Seasons
You can add new seasons every year. Within this section you can Add all the different age groups that feature within your club, from Under 9's to Mens teams and Veterans. Once created you can easily edit or delete them. If you have younger teams we can add them to the program for you! There are Team Information, Results & Fixtures and Cup Competition options.
Administration Page - Team Information
Within this section you enter what division and league your specific age group resides in. The Managers name is entered and then the squad list with team number and position.
Administration Page - League Tables
This sections needs to be entered manually - you need to copy the information into each box and then save changes. Each time you enter new figures the program will work out the positions and reshuffle them accordingly.
Administration Page - Team Photo

You can also upload your teams picture in the Team Information panel and specify who's who in your picture by selecting the Photo Row and Photo Number in the Team Informtaion - Squad List. This can be printed out for a keep sake.

Administration Page - Fixtures & Results
In this section you enter all of your seasons fixtures, specify what date and whether it is being played at home or away. Every week you log-in to this page and enter who the referee was, the score, the scorers, man of the match and what the result was. There is also a function if the game is postoned.You can also enter a match report that appears in a pop window.
Administration Page - News & Events
In this section you can enter any upcoming news items relevant to the club ie.events or club trips.
